Dr. Robert Milham, D.C.
Dr. Milham grew up in Clifton Park, New York, where he participated in numerous sports. Accordingly, Dr. Milham was inspired by chiropractic at an early age, when he experienced a debilitating football injury. This unfortunate injury left him unable to walk without severe leg and back pain, and the thought of surgery and heavy medications was not appealing at all.
When Dr. Milhams' tolerance for this grueling and sidelining pain had finally run out, he was brought to a chiropractor who not only got him better, but inspired him to lead a healthier lifestyle. This new lease on life gave him insight on how to help others.
Dr. Milhams' next step was to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic, which is considered the Harvard of chiropractic colleges. After nearly eight years of undergraduate and doctorate studies, and post-doctorate training from some of the top doctors, scientists, speakers, health experts and leaders; Dr. Milham has traveled the country yearning to excel at his craft. Over the past 8 years Dr. Milham has obtained postgraduate education in functional endocrinology and clinical nutrition. This passion, which Dr. Milham contributes to his mother, has not only saved his younger brothers life at earlier years but also allowed our wellness doctor to help many of his patients to successfully improve their health and have a more rejuvenated and energetic future.
'Dr. Bob,' as known by most these days, brought his family to Apex in 1998. Dr. Bob and his family came here not only to live, but also to start a new chiropractic practice. For Dr. Bob, chiropractic and clinical nutrition is not just a philosophy; it is a way of life for him and his family. In fact, both of his brothers are chiropractors, and all of his family and friends embrace the chiropractic lifestyle. Chiropractic and or Clinical Nutrition is something that he wants to share with everyone, so that they can 'feel better, and live healthier!'
